Our Story
After years of working together delivering high quality financial and operational solutions we learned our best results happened when helping companies push their business forward with more planning and ease - especially during difficult and uncertain times.
When we noticed that businesses were overwhelmed by rapid growth, did not have sustainable systems in place or simply did not have enough financial clarity, we started developing a plan of actions to revive the existing framework.
We launched Pulse Business Consulting with a clear mission - to empower and support owners in achieving clarity in their business framework. By automating processes, creating simple financial dashboards and helping business leaders step out of day-to-day operations, we are committed to equip you with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions.
Gabi Vascan, CMA, MBA
Gabi is the co-founder of Pulse Business Consulting. Gabi's experience working on financial planning, analysis and accounting matters spans more than 15 years. She specializes in financial modeling, accounting and controller services.
Prior to co-founding Pulse, Gabi was a Controller and Financial Manager for several companies in the technology, manufacturing and publishing space. Gabi is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) licensed in Nevada. Gabi earned her B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Babes-Bolyai, as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Gabi has resided in Northern Nevada for over 20 years. In her free time, she loves golfing, skiing and spending time with her family.
Natalie Yoakum
Natalie is the co-founder of Pulse Business Consulting. Her 20-year professional career has focused on process improvement through automation, training and educational resource development, and using data to analyze opportunities as well as measure results.
Her prior experience includes leading departments focused on Operations, Vendor Management, and Corporate Training. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Health Services Management from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
Natalie relocated to Central Oregon in 2017 after living in the Reno-Tahoe area for over a decade. In her spare time, she can be found tackling DIY projects, spending time with her family and pets, or reading in a comfy chair.
